We get it. You have met CrossFit fanatics or seen the CrossFit games on TV and wondered what the hell is this? Is this really for me?

CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movements—i.e. the types of real-life motions you make when lifting a heavy bags of groceries, climbing stairs, bending over to grab something off the ground, etc.—executed at high intensity. Completing such moves requires effort and using multiple muscle groups and joints at once.

Everything in CrossFit is scalable- meaning our coaches customize the workout for you. We have people of all ages, experience, and strength working out alongside each other and all are getting an awesome workout.

Ready to check us out? Schedule a time for a No-Sweat Meet & Greet. You’ll meet one-on-one with a coach to discuss your goals and introduce you to the basic movements used in CrossFit. There is a $60 fee and part of that fee will be applied to your first month of membership.
