What I love about Voodoo is that it's not just a gym, it's a community. The people are friendly and create a fun, welcoming environment. Also, the coaches go out of their way to get to know you and to scale the workouts appropriately to fit your abilities. They do a great job of giving you a solid workout that is challenging yet doable. Since I joined, I've already dropped a few pounds and feeling way stronger. And that's only going a few days a week!! As a beginner, I didn’t know what to expect from CrossFit. I’m really glad that I found Voodoo CrossFit because Ashley and Scott helped me understand what holistic lifestyle is about. I really enjoy my PT with Ashley and have seen amazing results in just a few weeks. There are also special classes on weekends to get the basics right and I cannot recommend this enough!
Group workouts are also a lot of fun and each of us get individual attention so we can work on our form. Trainers are very kind and work with our schedule to help us meet our fitness goal!
